November 14, 2025 – Abstract submission deadline (last extended period)
Include an abstract of no more than 400 words. It should provide information on the scope of the contribution, aimed benefits for a reader, main methods used, and findings – draft of the abstract is here and in the registration page
Nevember 16, 2025 – Announcement of the accepted papers
December 7, 2025 – Final deadline for full paper submission
Full paper submission is only required if interested in publishing the full paper in the conference proceedings or conference partner journals, otherwise, the abstract is sufficient
December 15, 2025 – Conference proceedings
